Roasted banana & cinnamon ice cream
Ingredients
For the ice cream
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/gas mark 6.

Peel and slice the bananas, then toss with cinnamon.

Spread onto a baking tray and roast for 20–30 minutes, or until golden and soft.

Allow to cool slightly, then blend in a food processor until smooth and creamy.

Pour into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours.
