Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter (34 grams)
- 2 tablespoons raspberry preserves (43 grams)
- ½ cup rolled oats (50 grams)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (15 grams)
- ¾ cup whole milk (170 grams)
- ⅓ cup nuts (about 50 grams, for topping (see note))
- ½ cup fresh berries (about 75 grams, for topping)

Add a layer of peanut butter and a layer of preserves to the bottom of your containers. Spread the layers evenly and fully across the container’s bottom.

Top with rolled oats and chia seeds. Pour in milk and gently stir the oats, chia seeds, and milk together above the peanut butter and preserves (see note).

Cover with a wax or plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator. Allow to sit over overnight or at least 2 hours.
