Waldorf salad
Ingredients
For the salad
- 2 sticks of celery
- 2 British apples
- 100g walnuts
- 4 tbsp natural yoghurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- small bunch of fresh mint
Instructions

Wash and finely chop the celery.

Core and chop the apples into roughly 1cm chunks.

Roughly chop the walnuts.

In a bowl, combine the yoghurt, lemon juice and honey.

Add the celery, apples and walnuts to the bowl and mix well.
- 6
Pick and roughly chop the mint, then stir into the salad.
