Waldorf Salad
Ingredients
- 2 Jazz apples, cored, cut into thin wedges
- 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced lengthways
- 1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp snipped chives
- 1/2 cup Coles Simply Less light sour cream
- 2 tsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp Coles brand wholegrain mustard
- 1 baby cos lettuce, leaves separated

For dressing, combine all ingredients.

Arrange cos leaves on a large serving plate. Top with apple, celery, walnuts and chives. Drizzle over half of the dressing. Serve with remaining dressing.
