Waldorf Salad
Ingredients
- 3 red apples, cored, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 4 small stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 1 cup walnuts, toasted, roughly chopped
- 1/3 cup whole-egg mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 18 crisp cos lettuce leaves, rinsed, dried

Combine apples and 2 tablespoons lemon juice in a large bowl. Lightly toss to coat. Add celery and half the walnuts.

Combine mayonnaise and sour cream in a jug. Season with salt and pepper. Pour dressing over apple mixture and toss to combine.

Arrange 3 cos leaves on each serving plate. Spoon salad onto lettuce and sprinkle with remaining walnuts. Serve.
