Super Healthy Slice
Ingredients
- 3 large mashed bananas
- 2 eggs
- 5 tbsp plain yoghurt (fat-free)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups oat bran
- 1 cup wholemeal self raising flour
- 1 cup sultanas, nuts, cherries or chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 180C.

Combine all banana, yoghurt, egg, and honey in a bowl.

Add remaining dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix well.

Pour mixture into a small lined slice pan/baking tray.

Bake for 25 minutes or until firm to the touch.
