Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 medium sweet onion diced
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- ½ tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ½ cup beef stock or broth

In a 12" skillet, brown ground beef and onions over medium-high heat until no pink remains. Drain any fat.

Stir in tomato sauce, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, brown sugar, and beef stock or broth.

Simmer the chili for 15 minutes or until the stock has cooked down and the chili sauce reaches the desired consistency. Season with salt to taste.
