Hot Honey Glazed Pork Chops

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/4 pounds center-cut boneless pork chops (about 4)
- 1/4 cup hot honey, such as Mike's® Hot Honey

Prepare an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.

Whisk olive oil, mustard powder, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Add pork chops and turn in the mixture until evenly coated.

Place chops directly on the grill grate. Grill 4 minutes. Brush each chop with hot honey using a silicone brush. Turn chops over and brush with remaining hot honey. Grill 4 minutes more. an instant read thermometer inserted near the center of chops should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

Transfer to a plate and serve immediately.
