BBQ Pork Chops
Ingredients
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
- 4 boneless pork chops (about ¾-inch thick)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
5 steps
- 1
Heat a gas grill to medium-high heat (375°F).
- 2
In a medium bowl, combine barbecue sauce, honey, and hot sauce (if using). Reserve half of the sauce for serving.
- 3
Make shallow cuts every ½" along the fatty edge of the pork chop to stop it from curling while cooking. Season with salt and pepper.
- 4
Place pork chops on the grill and cook for 11 to 15 minutes, flipping the chops occasionally. Brush the chops with the barbecue sauce during the last 5 minutes of cooking
- 5
Remove from the grill once the chops reach 142°F in the thickest part of the meat and transfer to a plate. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
