Garlic en Papillote
Ingredients
- 2 whole garlic bulbs
- 2 fresh thyme sprigs
- 2 fresh rosemary sprigs
- 2 fresh bay leaves
- Extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle

Preheat oven to 2 00/180 fan forced. Use a sharp knife to remove the tops from the garlic bulbs.

Divide the thyme, rosemary and bay leaves over 2 pieces of baking paper. Top with the garlic. Drizzle with oil. Season. Bring the edges of the paper together and fold to form a parcel. Place on a baking tray. Bake for 30-40minutes or until tender.

Roasted garlic can be spread over toast or stirred through mayonnaise or softened butter.
