Mini Garlic Bread
Ingredients
- 120g butter, at room temperature
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh continental parsley
- 8 Bake-at-Home Petit Pain crusty bread rolls

Combine the butter, garlic, oil, parsley, in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Make 4 deep cuts crossways, about 3cm apart, in the top of each roll (do not cut all the way through). Spread the cuts evenly with the butter mixture. Wrap each roll in a piece of foil.

Preheat oven to 200°C. Place the rolls on a baking tray. Bake for 25 minutes or until crisp and golden. Serve.
