Garlic Butter Shrimp


Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ½ pounds large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons butter softened
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- lemon wedges for serving
Instructions

Toss shrimp with lemon zest and salt & pepper to taste.

In a small bowl, combine butter, garlic and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add shrimp and cook 1 minute.

Flip over, add butter and cook 2-3 minutes more or just until cooked through.

Remove pan from heat and sprinkle with parsley.
