Doughnut Cake
Ingredients
- 300g dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 tsp coffee granules
- 310ml (1 1/4 cups) thickened cream
- 300g (2 cups) pure icing sugar
- 40.00 gm water
- 24 cinnamon doughnuts
- 125g btl salted caramel sauce

Place chocolate and coffee in a heatproof bowl. Heat cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until just simmering. Pour cream over chocolate. Set aside for 5 minutes. Stir until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Set aside to cool.

Meanwhile, whisk icing sugar and water in a bowl until smooth and slightly runny.

Spread a small amount of chocolate sauce on the base of 7 doughnuts and place, chocolate-side down, on a serving plate. Drizzle with a little chocolate sauce, white icing and caramel sauce. Repeat layering with remaining doughnuts, chocolate sauce, white icing and caramel sauce. Serve immediately.
