Ingredients

- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter (or margarine)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt, to taste
For the Wings
- Oil (vegetable, canola, or peanut), for deep-frying
- 30 chicken wings (drumettes and wingettes separated)
