- 1 pound 80% lean ground beef
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (or steak sauce)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
