Ingredients
- ½ cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ⅛ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined (thawed if frozen))
- Choped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
