Ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 ¼ cups coconut flakes
- 1 ¼ cups chopped pecans
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ⅓ cup pumpkin seeds
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips or white or butterscotch

Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a large pan with parchment paper.

Combine all ingredients (except for chocolate chips) in a large bowl. Mix until everything is fully incorporated.

Spread on the pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until the mixture is golden in color and dry.
