Prawn Coriander Pizza
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60ml) sweet chilli sauce
- 2 x 27cm pizza bases
- 500g green prawns, peeled, deveined, tails intact
- 1 red capsicum, deseeded, cut into strips
- 1 bunch coriander, leaves picked
- Sour cream, to serve
- Extra sweet chilli sauce, to serve

Preheat oven to 230°C. Place two oven trays in the oven.

Spread the sweet chilli sauce over pizza bases. Top with the prawns and capsicum. Place on preheated trays.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until base is crisp and prawns are cooked through.

Sprinkle coriander over pizzas. Top with a dollop of sour cream and drizzle with a little extra sweet chilli sauce.
