Chilli Prawns
Ingredients
- 20g butter
- 1 1/2 tsp Galiko crushed chilli
- 20 Coles Deli Thawed Cooked Large Black Tiger Prawns, peeled, tails intact, deveined
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 100g container Neil Perry Fresh aioli, to serve

Melt the butter in a small frying pan over a medium heat. Add the chilli and cook, stirring, for about 1 minute.

Add prawns and cook for 1-2 minutes or until heated through. Stir in lime juice and the coriander until just wilted.

Serve the prawns with the aioli.
