Overnight Oats For Kids

Ingredients
Base Ingredients
- Traditional Rolled Oats or Quick Oats
- Soft fresh fruit like bananas, mango, peaches, strawberries, blueberries or grated apples
- Nuts, seeds and nut butter (walnuts, almonds, pecans, hazelnuts, chia seeds, hemp hearts, flaxseed, peanut butter, almond butter, cashew butter)
- Maple syrup or honey (optional, for extra sweetness)
- Natural flavorings like vanilla extract and cinnamon
- Liquid for soaking (milk, almond milk, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, kefir, fruit juice or a combination)
Instructions

Choose one of the 20 linked overnight oat recipe variations (e.g., Strawberry, Peach, Blueberry, Bircher Muesli, Carrot Cake, etc.).

Combine rolled oats, chosen fruit, nuts/seeds/nut butter, optional sweetener, flavorings, and soaking liquid in a mason jar or airtight container.

Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).

Serve cold in the morning; stir and enjoy.
