Ingredients
Shrimp
- 1 pound raw, deveined shrimp
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions

Clean shrimp and dry thoroughly.

Sprinkle shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Chop 2 cloves of garlic, pressing with the back of the knife continuously to create a paste.

Spread garlic paste on shrimp.

Brush shrimp with melted butter.

Grill on low-medium heat (this may different depending on your grill) for about 2-3 minutes each side.

Chop remaining garlic and add it to remaining butter.

Brush garlic butter on shrimp and serve.
