- 1 tbsp fennel seeds, plus 1 1/2 tbsp coarsely ground
- 1 tsp whole black peppercorns
- 4 cups ice cubes
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Pickled Blueberries
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 star anise
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
