Buffalo sauce
Ingredients
- 275ml hot sauce
- 4 garlic cloves peeled and crushed
- 200g butter

Put all the ingredients together in a pan and warm over a low heat, so that the butter melts and the garlic cooks gently. The sauce will need to simmer for around 3-5 mins, until it is fully heated through and the garlic is tender and fragrant. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Serve warm as a dip or drizzle over chicken wings.
