Buffalo Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken, rotisserie, grilled, or poached
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1/3 cup Buffalo wing sauce, or your favorite hot sauce
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1 bag frozen Tater Tots
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Cooking spray
- Chopped celery, optional, for garnish
- Ranch dressing, optional, for garnish
- Chopped parsley, optional, for garnish

Gather the ingredients.

Add the cooked chicken, sour cream, wing sauce, cream of chicken soup, pepper jack cheese, and frozen Tater Tots to a large bowl.

Stir the ingredients gently to completely combine. Make sure the sauce and sour cream are evenly distributed. Use a spatula to help combine the ingredients. Add a teaspoon of salt and pepper.

Spray a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Pour the mixture into the casserole dish and spread it evenly into the dish. Top with more shredded cheese if you wish.

Place in the oven at 350 F and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until slightly browned and bubbly. Top with chopped celery, ranch dressing, and chopped parsley if you wish.
