Ingredients
- 4 small bananas, halved lengthways
- 500ml vanilla ice cream
- 8 Brand mini brownie bites, thawed, chopped
- 2 tbsp crushed peanuts
- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup thickened cream

To make the chocolate sauce, heat the chocolate and cream in a microwave-safe bowl on medium for 30 seconds, then stir with a metal spoon. Continue heating and stirring every 30 seconds until the chocolate melts and is smooth.

Place 2 banana halves and 2 scoops of ice-cream in each dish. Divide the brownie pieces among the dishes, and drizzle with some of the chocolate sauce. Sprinkle with peanuts and serve with the remaining chocolate sauce.
