Ingredients
For the muesli
- 100g rolled oats
- 50g mixed seeds
- 50g chopped nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts)
- 250ml milk (any kind)
- 125ml natural yoghurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the fruit
- 2 apples, grated
- 2 pears, grated
- 100g raisins
Instructions

Combine the oats, seeds and nuts in a bowl.

Pour over the milk, yoghurt, honey and vanilla extract. Stir well.

Add the grated apple and pear, and raisins.

Cover and chill in the fridge overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
