Dry ingredients
- 240g oat flour
- 60g vanilla whey protein
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp mixed spice
Wet ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 250ml milk
- 1 egg
For the dish
- for the dish flavourless oil
- 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter

Heat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4.
- 2
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl, then add the mashed banana, milk and egg, stirring until you have a cake batter consistency.

Oil a small baking dish or 4 individual ramekins, then spoon in. Swirl through the peanut butter, then bake for 20-25 mins until risen and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and leave to cool slightly. Serve with yogurt, berries and more peanut butter.
