Baked Hoisin Sauce Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 15 chicken wings
- 1 scallion, finely minced
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 slice fresh ginger, minced
- 4 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Gather the ingredients.

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Marinate chicken wings for 15 minutes in a mixture of the scallion, garlic, ginger, hoisin sauce, water, honey, salt, and pepper.
