Warm Flat Bread
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp virgin olive oil
- 450g pita bread (for souvlakia and pizza)

Brush a chargrill with some of the oil and preheat on medium-high.

Brush each piece of pitta bread on both sides with the remaining olive oil and cook in batches on preheated chargrill for 3-5 minutes each side or until golden. Cut into quarters and serve warm. This bread can be kept warm in a basket lined with a clean cloth if desired.
