Grilled Garlic Chive & Sea Salt Flatbreads
Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tbsp chives, chopped
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 lavash sheets or other flatbread
- sea salt

Preheat oven to 190°C. In a small bowl, combine garlic, chopped chives and olive oil. Set aside.

Place lavash sheets on an oven tray and brush with the garlic and oil mixture. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until crisp and golden. Remove from oven and set aside for 1-2 minutes to cool.

Break into large pieces, sprinkle with sea salt and serve immediately.
