Garlic Lavash
Ingredients
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 6 lavash sheets
- sea salt

Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper. Combine garlic and olive oil and set aside until required.

Place 2 lavash sheets on the prepared tray and brush with the garlic mixture. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until crisp and golden. Remove from oven and set aside for 1-2 minutes to cool. Repeat with remaining lavash sheets.

Break lavash sheets into large pieces and sprinkle with sea salt. Serve with ready-bought pesto dip.
