- 1 handful of porridge oats (50g)
- 1 level teaspoon of mixed seeds
- 100ml milk (or plant-based alternative)
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- A pinch of cinnamon
Instructions

Toast the oats and seeds in a dry pan for 3-4 minutes, or until golden and fragrant.

Pour in the milk and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.

Serve with sliced banana, a drizzle of honey and a pinch of cinnamon.
