- 500.00 gm traditional rolled oats
- 125.00 ml processed bran
- 125.00 ml seed mix (see note)
- 178.75 gm honey
- 131.25 gm apple juice
- 250.00 ml dried cranberries
- 250.00 ml finely chopped dried pears

Preheat oven to 160°C/140°C fan-forced. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Combine oats, bran and seed mix in a bowl.

Place honey and apple juice in a saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring, for 2 to 3 minutes or until honey has melted. Stir into oat mixture.

Divide mixture between prepared trays. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, or until just golden. Add cranberries and pear. Stir to combine. Cool completely on trays. Transfer to a large airtight container.
