Tahini Sauce


Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ cup tahini
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ lemon juiced, about 2 tablespoons juice
- cold water as needed 2 to 4 tablespoons
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro or parsley, optional
Instructions

Place garlic on a cutting board with salt. Using a fork, mash to a fine paste.

Add garlic paste, tahini, olive oil and lemon juice to a bowl. Whisk until smooth.

Add water as needed to reach desired consistency.

Stir in a cilantro or parsley if using.
