Sweet and Sour Pork with Broccoli
Ingredients
- 2 tsp Masterfoods sesame seeds
- 2 tsp Golden Fields peanut oil
- 500g Heart Smart diced pork
- 500g broccoli, trimmed, broken into florets
- 1 red capsicum, deseeded, chopped
- 440g can Home brand pineapple pieces in natural juice, drained
- 520g jar Carb Options Thai Sweet Chilli Stir Fry Sauce
- Pasta or small rice portion, cooked, to serve

Heat a wok or a large, deep frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add the sesame seeds and toss for 2-3 minutes until golden. Remove and set aside.

Heat half the peanut oil. Stir-fry half the pork for 2-3 minutes or until golden. Transfer to a plate. Cover with foil. Repeat with the remaining pork.

Heat the remaining oil. Add the broccoli, capsicum and 1 tablespoon water. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or just until the broccoli is tender.

Add the pork, pineapple pieces and stir-fry sauce. Stir through until heated through. Serve on pasta or rice, and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the top.
