Sticky Pork Soba Noodle Salad
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp Chinese five spice
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 4 Coles Australian Pork Cutlets, French trimmed
- 270g pkt dried soba noodles
- 300g green cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 cup coriander leaves
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tsp sesame oil

Combine hoisin sauce, Chinese five spice, garlic and ginger on a plate. Add pork. Turn to coat.

Heat a barbecue grill or chargrill on medium-high. Reduce heat to low. Cook pork for 7 mins each side for medium or until cooked to your liking.

Meanwhile, cook noodles in a large saucepan of boiling water for 3-4 mins or until tender. Cool under cold water. Drain. Transfer to a large bowl. Add cabbage, coriander, spring onion, vinegar, mirin and oil. Season. Toss to coat.
