Spicy Peanut Butter Bacon Sliders

Ingredients
For the sliders
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slider buns, split
- 8 slices cooked bacon
- Lettuce leaves, for serving
- Sliced tomatoes, for serving
Optional toppings
- Sliced pickles
- Sliced red onion
- Extra hot sauce
Instructions
- 1
In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, hot sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth. Set aside.
- 2
Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape each into a small patty slightly larger than the slider buns.
- 3
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 3–4 minutes per side, or until cooked through. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of bacon on top of each patty to warm through.
- 4
Brush both sides of the slider buns with melted butter (optional) and toast them in the skillet or under a broiler until golden.
- 5
Spread a generous amount of the spicy peanut butter sauce on the bottom half of each bun.
- 6
Place a cooked patty with bacon on top of the sauce.
- 7
Add lettuce, tomato, and any optional toppings like pickles or red onion.
- 8
Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
