Ingredients
For the burgers
- 500g beef mince
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 slices of bread, made into breadcrumbs
- Sea salt and black pepper
For the spicy mayo
- 100g mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp lemon juice
To serve
- 12 slider buns
- 6 rashers bacon, grilled
- Pickles, to serve
- Lettuce, to serve

To make the burgers, combine the beef mince, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, red onion, egg and breadcrumbs in a bowl.

Season to taste and mix well. Form into 12 mini patties.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes each side, until cooked through.

Meanwhile, make the spicy mayo by combining the mayonnaise, sriracha and lemon juice in a bowl.

Toast the slider buns and spread with spicy mayo.

Fill with the patties, bacon, pickles and lettuce.
