Skillet Corn Medley With Peppers and Onions

- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 4 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels, thawed (about 6 ears of corn)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 to 7 minutes.
