Raw Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup raw apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 - 2 teaspoons raw honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced or 1 tablespoon finely chopped shallot.
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Place all salad dressing ingredients in a small mason jar, seal and shake until well combined.

Alternately, place all ingredients except olive oil in a small bowl and whisk. Slowly stream in olive oil while whisking to create an emulsion.
