Ingredients
- 500g pork neck
- your chosen glaze (optional)
Instructions

Slice the pork neck into 4 cm strips, then toss with your chosen glaze and leave to marinate for 2 hrs.

Thread the marinated pork onto three large skewers.

Light the barbecue (or heat a griddle pan over high heat) and cook the skewers for 5 mins on each side.

Brush the skewers with the remaining glaze and cook for a further 2‑3 mins on each side, or until cooked through.
