Pork and ginger dumplings
Ingredients
- 350g pork mince
- 1/2 small carrot, peeled, grated
- 1/2 cup finely shredded wombok (Chinese cabbage)
- 3cm piece fresh ginger, finely grated
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 40 (270g packet) wonton wrappers
Instructions

Place mince, carrot, wombok, ginger and vinegar in a bowl. Stir to combine.

Place wrappers on flat surface. Spoon 2 teaspoons mince mixture onto the centre of each wrapper. Brush edges with cold water. Fold up sides to form a square pouch. Pinch edges together to enclose filling. Place on a tray lined with baking paper.

Place a steamer lined with baking paper over simmering water. Cook dumplings, in batches, for 15 minutes or until tender and cooked through. Serve.
