Peanut butter fudge
Ingredients
For the fudge
- 397g tin of condensed milk
- 100g butter
- 200g caster sugar
- 100g golden syrup
- 200g crunchy peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Lightly grease and line a 20cm square baking tin with baking paper, allowing the paper to overhang on two sides.

Put all the ingredients into a large saucepan and melt over a low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.

Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and spread evenly.

Leave to cool completely before lifting out using the overhanging paper and cutting into squares.
