Mango Salsa Canape Cups with Prawns & Coriander
Ingredients
- 16 (about 460g) cooked king prawns, peeled, deveined, coarsely chopped
- 1 small mango, peeled, flesh finely chopped
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 x 60g pkts Salad/Cocktail Canape Cups

Combine the prawn, mango, onion, coriander and lime juice in a medium bowl.

Arrange the canape cups on a serving platter. Spoon the prawn mixture evenly among the canape cups. Serve with the Pine & coconut crush (see related recipe).
