Honey Mustard Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 600g chicken tenderloin fillets, sliced
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 175g pouch MasterFoods Honey Mustard Chicken Recipe Base
- 100ml light cream
- Steamed jasmine rice, to serve
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves, to serve

Heat oil 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil in a medium non-stick frying pan over high heat. Add chicken 600g chicken tenderloin fillets, sliced and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until brown. Add carrot 1 carrot, thinly sliced and cook for 1 minute.

Stir in recipe base 175g pouch Honey Mustard Chicken Recipe Base and cream 100ml light cream and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

Serve chicken with steamed rice Steamed jasmine rice, to serve and coriander leaves 1/4 cup coriander leaves, to serve , if desired.
