Grape & Orange Salad
Ingredients
- 6 oranges
- 400g purple seedless grapes, washed
- 1 tbsp shredded fresh mint
- 1 200g carton honey-flavoured yoghurt

Juice 1 of the oranges and place the juice in a medium bowl. Use a small, sharp knife to peel the rind from the remaining oranges and remove any white pith. Use the knife to remove the orange segments, cutting close to either side of the white membranes.

Add the orange segments, grapes and mint to the orange juice and toss to combine. Cover and place in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavours to develop.

Divide the salad among serving bowls and serve with the yoghurt
