Garlic Parmesan Biscuits

Ingredients
- 1 (16.3 ounce each) can refrigerated biscuits or homemade*
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 375°F. Generously grease wells in a muffin tin.

Combine melted butter and garlic powder.

Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces and place in a large bowl. Toss with garlic butter mixture, parsley, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella.

Divide biscuit pieces over 6 muffin wells and bake 11 to 13 minutes or until browned.
