Crockpot-to-Grill Ribs
Ingredients

- 3 pounds country-style pork ribs
Sauce
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup water
- 2/3 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup apple jelly
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Place ribs in a slow cooker.

Add onion and garlic to the slow cooker.

Pour in apple juice and water.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.

In a small saucepan, combine barbecue sauce, apple jelly, and honey.

Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.

Brush ribs with sauce and grill over medium heat for 5-10 minutes per side, or until heated through and slightly charred.
