- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (thighs will also work)
- 1 ounce ranch seasoning
- ¾ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 8 ounces cream cheese (cubed (1 brick))

Season the chicken breasts with half of the ranch seasoning packet.

Add the chicken broth and the remaining seasoning to the slow cooker. Whisk together.

Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Cover the lid and cook on high for 2-3 hours, or low for 3-6 hours.
