Ingredients
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- ½ small onion diced
- 3 ounces frozen chopped spinach
- 28 ounces canned diced tomatoes with juice, 1 can
- 8 ounces cream cheese cubed
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 19 ounces frozen cheese tortellini
- 3 cups chicken broth
- ¼ cup tomato paste
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese for garnish, optional

Brown sausage and onion until no pink remains. Drain fat.
